No. 02About

A local shop, run by the person who shows up.

Scott Butler grew up in Southern Maryland and started building and fixing things as soon as he could swing a hammer. Weekend projects for neighbors turned into a trusted business serving homeowners across Prince George's and Charles counties.

Butler Home Craft is built on a simple idea. Show up when you say you will. Do the work right the first time. Treat every house like it is your own. No high pressure sales. No rotating crews of subcontractors you have never met. No mystery fees at the final invoice.

Scott handles everything inside the walls, from a single room refresh to a full interior renovation. The one thing he does not do is build a new house from the ground up.

From the people who hand over the keys.

We got three quotes for our master bathroom and Scott was the only one who actually sat down and listened to what we wanted. The finished bathroom came in on budget and somehow better than we pictured. He treats your house like his mom lives there.

Scott put in about 900 square feet of white oak in our main floor and it is beautiful. He caught a subfloor issue the other guys missed completely. Worth every penny and I would have him back in a heartbeat.

Our basement was unfinished for twelve years because we could not find anybody we trusted to do it right. Butler Home Craft turned it into our family's favorite room in the house. Clean work, on time, and Scott answers his phone.
